"Do not be afraid."
It is good to have dreams. We all dream—about our future, our families, our work, our security, and our hopes for a better life. We make plans, we work hard, and we place our trust in what lies ahead. Yet a gentle and important question remains: Do we dream on our own, or do we dream with the Lord?
In the Nativity story, we meet Saint Joseph at a moment of deep uncertainty. Faced with fear, confusion, and many unanswered questions, Joseph does not react impulsively. Instead, he pauses and listens. In a dream, God speaks to him with reassurance and love.
Like Saint Joseph, we are invited not merely to dream about life, but to dream with the Lord. May this week be a time for us to slow down, listen with open hearts, trust more deeply, and allow God's dream to become our own.
